2. Shipment of Products

2.1 – Väggan only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment.

2.2 – We do our best to ensure that a purchase is processed on the same day as payment. However, it may take up to 3 business days for the shipment to be confirmed. In all shipments we use certified partners. By default, we use DPD Portugal for orders in Portugal, although we can use other certified companies.

2.3 – For purchases made in Portugal, products typically arrive between 2 to 3 business days after shipping confirmation. International purchases may take longer, depending on the country or location of destination.

2.4 – For abroad, there may not be an automation of shipping confirmations. However, we may send information about the tracking of the order, upon request by email to

2.5 – At the time of delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to identify any damage during transport. If the products are found to be damaged, the customer must refuse to receive the order, indicating the reason on the delivery ID guide and, via the email:, inform Väggan by sending a photograph of the complaint.DP

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 – For 30 days after the delivery date, products can be returned or exchanged for other products of equal value. In addition, the customer can return it without any justification and be refunded (Decreto Lei n.º 24/2014, de 14 de Fevereiro, Artigo 10º)

Returned or exchanged products must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which they were sent, otherwise the return or exchange will not be accepted.  

3.2 – Upon return, the customer can request a new product or a refund.  Once the return or exchange has been approved, Väggan will proceed with the return or exchange, in accordance with the customer’s request. Exchanges or refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

3.3 – Returns not accepted, as they do not comply with the above, will be communicated to the Customer by email as soon as this decision is taken.

3.4 – As the limited editions are a luxury product, Väggan wants those who buy through its website to know that they were the only ones who wore the item they bought.

When an e-mail address other than the one used for the purchase is used, you must indicate the purchase identification number.
